The body is made of galvanized sheet material, with a sturdy structure, low failure rate, and long service life. A hot air stove that uses coal, fuel, natural gas, straw, rice husks, and other fuels as its heat source, or steam as its heat source. The drying tower uses hot air as the thermal medium to dry grains. Its interior mainly consists of an intake ventilation joint and an angular ventilation box. The corner shaped box is filled with grain, which flows from top to bottom. Hot air enters through the intake ventilation section and passes through the grain layer in a downward direction. The exhaust gas is discharged through the exhaust corner shaped box. Hot air flows in the same direction as grain flow, which is called downstream flow. When hot air passes through the grain layer, it transfers heat and water to the grain: the hot air transfers heat to the grain, causing it to rise in temperature. The grain is heated up, and the water evaporates into the air, becoming exhaust gas. The dried hot grains flow downwards to the slow thawing stage, where the temperature and moisture of the inner and outer layers of the grains tend to balance, achieving uniform precipitation. After the grain is softened, it enters the cooling section. After cooling, the grain is cooled to the storage temperature, and then discharged from the grain discharge section.

6. The grain drying tower is mainly designed for high moisture grains in the Central Plains region, which are not easy to drop to safe moisture at once. The specially designed drying section consists of angled ventilation boxes arranged in a staggered manner. The small spacing between the corner shaped boxes and the thin grain layer help the hot air to penetrate quickly, achieving the effect of fast precipitation and uniform drying. At the same time, it can achieve continuous drying and gradual relaxation. The hot air system adopts a segmented variable temperature drying technology with dual fans.
7. Due to the high moisture and low temperature of the grains that have just entered the tower, the first drying stage adopts high air temperature and large air volume for rapid precipitation. At this time, the hot air efficiency is very high, and the saturated exhaust gas is quickly discharged from the tower, improving the drying efficiency and achieving the goal of increasing production. Grain enters the slow relaxation stage for moisture and heat exchange, where surface heat is transmitted internally and internal moisture moves towards the surface. This can reduce crack rates and improve grain quality. After entering the second and third drying stages, the temperature of the grain has reached over 30% and the moisture content is below 20%. At this time, using low-temperature drying can save energy. The cooling section adopts a mixed countercurrent mode, which slowly cools down the grain and provides sufficient cooling. Due to the adjustable air temperature in different drying stages, the color and quality of the dried grains are better than national standards, and are highly praised by users.
